This Privacy Policy applies to the Earth's Blackbox initiative. The campaign is produced by Clemenger BBDO (Melbourne), a member of the Clemenger Group Limited (ABN 98 004 882 928) (the Clemenger Group, us, we, our) on behalf of our clients – the organisations named on the earthsblackbox.com website.

The Clemenger Group are a provider of marketing communications including but not limited to advertising, brand strategy and design services. We are committed to maintaining a policy of confidence concerning your (you, your) personal information (Privacy Policy).

This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, storage, use and dissemination of your personal information. We collect a wide range of personal information relevant to our advised purposes, but the type and amount of information depends on the particular business context.

In respect of the Earth's Blackbox campaign, we will collect your name and email address.

How do we collect personal information?

We collect personal information by various means and media, depending on the services we are providing and our client needs.

4. Transfer of information overseas

In respect of the Earth's Blackbox campaign, we will not send your information overseas.

6. Storage and Security

We will use all reasonable endeavours to keep your personal information in a secure environment, such as on secure servers with encrypted files. Can you deal with us without identifying yourself?

When contacting us, you have the option to either not identify yourself or to use a pseudonym. However, this will not apply if it is impracticable for us to communicate with you that way or if we are required or authorised under Australian law (or a court or tribunal order) to only deal with individuals who have identified themselves.
